Pylon offers a wide range of calibration services making us a “One Stop Shop” for your Test Equipment Calibration needs. All Calibrations are performed to the latest available specification, using equipment which is traceable to N.R.C., N.I.S.T. and/or other acceptable international standards in compliance with the required standards. The following is a brief description of the services included in a calibration performed by Pylon:

INSPECTION & CLEANING: All equipment will be inspected and cleaned prior to calibration. Should we discover any deficiencies or damage during this process we will notify you promptly.

TEST DATA SHEETS: Complete data sheets and calibration certificate of traceability provided with each instrument.

AUTOMATIC RECALL: Upon request, Pylon offers a test equipment management system, which includes automatic identification of equipment due for calibration.

INCIDENTAL REPAIRS: Labour required replacing batteries, fuses, etc. (not exceeding 15 minutes) is included. Parts charges are extra.


ON-SITE SERVICES: Pylon can provide comprehensive field support for many instruments to minimize customer down time and equipment handling. On-site service fees may apply.

TRANSPORT: Pylon maintains a fleet of vehicles which provides regular pick-up and delivery service to major cities in each facility region. In most cases, this door to door service is provided free of charge to our customers and includes inspection and packing on site thereby reducing the cost of packaging as well as courier charges and assuring safe transportation to and from the Service Centre.
