Pylon is committed to providing quality calibration and repair services. All Pylon labs are ISO 9001:2000 Registered and, more importantly, are Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 through the CLAS (Calibration Laboratory Assessment Service) program by SCC (Standards Council of Canada) with certification by NRC (National Research Council of Canada). This internationally recognized program provides Pylon with a truly global market.
Pylon has developed quality programs ideally suited to the instrument calibration and repair business. These programs are in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO / IEC 17025 and provide for traceability of all measured results to National and / or International Standards.
Our quality system procedures are detailed to ensure that our customers receive a quality calibration each and every time. The inspection process begins with our truck drivers who are trained to pay attention to important details. Upon receipt, each instrument is tagged for unique identification and all accessories are listed. Experienced QC personnel who check for instrument and documentation integrity subject all instruments to 100% outgoing inspection. All repairs are inspected for proper soldering and workmanship techniques.
